Refund Policy

1. Returns No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@elevatedcoldbrew.com with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of receiving. All items must be unopened and unused. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone, within 5-10 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund no additional , we will replace the product or refund using the original method of payment within 3 business days with no additional charge to you. We will cover all costs of shipping associated with refunds.
